Job Title: Field Marketing Executive (Mobile Industry)
OPPO is looking for a Field Marketing Executive to drive in-market marketing execution, strengthen retail visibility, support channel partners, and provide timely market intelligence across all regions of Lebanon. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent brand presence across assigned retail outlets nationwide while monitoring competitor activities and executing promotional campaigns to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Support dealers and retailers in implementing marketing initiatives.
• Ensure merchandising standards, POSM placement, and optimal product visibility across assigned outlets.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to maintain strong retail presence and execution quality.
• Collect, analyze, and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including outlet coverage, campaign execution, merchandising compliance, and promotional effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to support sales and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mobile, smartphone, or telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience in field marketing, retail execution, or channel marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage assigned territories, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and analysis.
