Open Opportunity: Project Operations Coordinator
An international company is expanding its operations team in Lebanon and is engaging Project Operations Coordinators on an independent service-provider basis.
Location: Zouk Mosbeh
Work Setup: On-site
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Aligned with US working hours
Compensation:
USD 1,000 to 2,500 per month, based on performance.
Top performers earn more.
What the work involves:
Taking ownership of incoming service requests from start to finish
Scheduling and confirming activity with service providers
Keeping systems accurate and up to date as work progresses
Following up on anything running late and escalating when needed
Communicating daily with the international team
What we’re looking for:
Confident spoken and written English
Organised, with strong follow-through
Calm when several things are urgent at once Experience in coordination, customer service, or dispatch is a plus
No technical background needed; training will be provided
