Zeal Communities / BEIRUT DIGITAL DISTRICT is looking for Receivables Accountant
Location: BDD, Bachoura, Beirut, Lebanon
Experience: 4–7 years
_The job description specifies a minimum of 4–5 years._
Responsibilities:
– Prepare invoices, receipts and debit/credit notes.
– Manage receivables, collections and outstanding balances.
– Perform bank and customer-account reconciliations.
– Record financial transactions and journal entries.
– Prepare aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
– Support petty cash, financial reporting and month-end closing.
– Follow property-tax and municipality-related accounting documents.
– Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
– Experience with Dolphin or equivalent accounting software.
– Advanced Excel.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
– Accuracy, analytical skills, organization and confidentiality.
– CPA, CA or ACCA certification is an advantage.
