LYXA Is Hiring Business Development Associate
Location Requirement: Candidates must be currently based in Matn, Lebanon.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Identify and onboard key accounts across F&B, grocery, retail, and lifestyle sectors
– Approach and negotiate partnerships with vendors, franchise chains, and established brands
– Develop and manage a strong merchant pipeline
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants
– Monitor merchant performance and support initiatives that drive orders and engagement
– Conduct competitor research and neighborhood mapping to identify growth opportunities
– Share market and merchant insights with the Product and Operations teams
What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
– Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Partnerships
– Experience in F&B, e-commerce, delivery, or retail is a strong plus
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Ability to identify opportunities, approach decisionmakers, and close partnerships
– Good knowledge of the local retail and merchant landscape
– Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field-based business development
