Wahhab Fueling Systems is looking for a motivated and well-organized Marketing & Coordination Specialist to join our team.
The selected candidate will coordinate thecompany’s marketing activities with freelancers, agencies, photographers, designers, and other external providers, while also assisting with selected administrative and sales-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate marketing campaigns, social media activities, and promotional materials.
– Work with freelancers, agencies, photographers, and designers and follow up on assigned projects.
– Assist in preparing content calendars and coordinating the preparation, approval, and publication of content.
– Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
– Provide administrative and sales support when required.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
– Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, and advertising.
– Strong organization, coordination, and follow-up skills.
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Canva or similar tools are an advantage.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
