Branch Manager Beirut Area
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily branch operations, staff schedules, and store security
– Lead the team and ensure excellent customer service
– Monitor sales and stock to improve branch performance
– Coordinate promotions, seasonal activities, and stock replenishment
– Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
– Previous experience managing a retail branch or store
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to use sales and inventory data to make practical decisions
– A customer-focused approach and an interest in books
– Good command of English; French is an asset
