– Operations Executive.
Location: Zouk Mikael, Lebanon
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Setup: On-site
Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Package: Competitive salary plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate field technicians and subcontractors
• Track service requests from intake to completion
• Keep clients updated on progress
• Resolve scheduling and service issues
• Communicate with US-based clients
Requirements:
• Strong written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working under pressure
