Location: Aley
Salameh group is looking for Female Indoor Sales Representative (full time) to join our team.
Applicants should reside in Aley or nearby areas.
Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
– Develop a thorough understanding of our products, solutions, and services.
– Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
– Explain product features, benefits, and specifications thoroughly to customers.
– Confirm delivery dates and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
– Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales requirements.
– Inform customers about our services and after-sales support.
– Maintain customer records and update sales information.
– Ensure a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
– Maintain the showroom’s appearance and product presentation standards.
Requirements
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
– Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fluency in Arabic and English.
