• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM; (Weekends: Variable shifts required based on business needs).
• Salary: up to $2,500 with Insurance included.

Stratia is a social media agency with a small, creative team and an existing production base. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Professional to be the Head of Content, Strategy & Training , and take ownership of content strategy, raise quality standards, and lead the development of our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, guiding talent, and shaping long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

1. Own content and marketing strategy across client accounts
2. Act as the final authority on all content before publishing
3. Set clear creative, storytelling, and performance standards
4. Lead team training and skill development
5. Design and run internal workshops
6. Guide videographer/editors and the social media manager toward social-first, results-driven content
7. Ensure consistency, clarity, and measurable improvement

Qualifications:

1. 5–10 years of experience in marketing or social media
2. Strong understanding of short-form video and digital platforms
3. Comfortable leading and mentoring a small team
4. Strategic, structured, and hands-on when needed
5. Confident making decisions and owning outcomes
