Position Title: Consular Fraud Prevention Unit (FPU) Investigator

Key Responsibilities
Case Work & Analysis (70%): Conduct online/database research and field investigations to detect visa, passport, and citizenship fraud. Interview suspect cases, verify civil/commercial documents, analyze data trends, manage DNA workloads, and prepare comprehensive investigation reports.
Training (20%): Develop and deliver training sessions for consular officers, local authorities, and travel partners regarding local civil documents, cultural practices, and immigration trends.
Contact Building (10%): Build and maintain external relationships with host government officials, law enforcement, and regional partners to assist in fraud investigations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Completion of at least two years of college or university studies.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in administration, management, law, police/claims investigations, fraud detection, or visa/passport production.
Languages:
English: Good working knowledge (speaking, reading, and writing).
Arabic: Fluent (speaking, reading, and writing).
Skills & Knowledge: Strong interpersonal and internet research skills, ability to analyze evidence, and knowledge of local governmental organizations, immigration laws, and cultural practices.
Clearance: Must be able to obtain and hold a Public Trust security certificate.
