Diwan Market is looking for Bakery Chef to join our team

Requirements:

– 10–15 years of experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role

– Strong knowledge of French bakery and viennoiserie

– Hands-on experience with croissants, baguettes, breads, pastries and dough products

– Strong knowledge of fermentation, proofing and baking techniques

– Experience in recipe costing and production planning

– Leadership and team-management skills

– Ability to work in a high-volume production environment
