Copper is looking for an Operations Executive to join our team, coordinate field technicians, and manage service requests for facility service clients across the United States.
Job Details:
– Location: Zouk Mikael, Lebanon
– Employment Type: Full-time
– Work Setup: On-site
– Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
– Package: Competitive salary plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate field technicians and subcontractors
– Track service requests from intake to completion
– Keep clients updated on progress
– Resolve scheduling and service issues
– Communicate with US-based clients
Requirements:
– Strong written and spoken English
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 0 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
– Strong organisational and communication skills
– Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
– Comfortable working under pressure
