THE FIT HOUSE IS HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Raouche, Beirut
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for fitness and customer engagement? We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and help drive memberships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable membership solutions
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven with a positive attitude
Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into memberships
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
Passion for fitness and wellness is highly preferred
