Job Title : Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Location: Sin El Fil

Working Hours :

– Monday – Friday : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

– Saturday : 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

MiCare is a leading distributor of smartphones, home appliances, and AIoT products in Lebanon, representing global brands such as Xiaomi, RedMagic, Oscal, and Mibro.

Role Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, ERP control, and delivery planning to ensure secure stock handling and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and coordinate with stock keepers and drivers
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock movement control, and ERP system integrity
• Oversee safe storage and handling of high-value products
• Manage returns, damages, and discrepancies
• Plan and monitor deliveries, routes, and transportation costs
• Ensure accurate documentation, IMEI/serial tracking, and proof of delivery
• Coordinate with sales and accounting; prepare reports and support audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• 6+ years of warehouse/logistics management experience
• Strong ERP, inventory control, and Excel skills
